On Friday, 15th August 2025, Kamkus College of Law, in collaboration with Bhagirath Public School, Ghaziabad came alive with the vibrant spirit of patriotism as both institutions united to commemorate the 79th Independence Day. The morning began with a solemn assembly on the campus grounds, where students, faculty, and staff from both institutions gathered to witness the proud presentation of the Guard of Honour by the NCC Cadets. The national flag was hoisted with reverence, followed by the heartfelt singing of the National Anthem, filling the air with pride and unity.
The celebrations continued in the auditorium, where dignitaries and faculty members delivered inspiring speeches. Among them, Mr. Karunakar Sukul, Chief Mentor, Kamkus college of Law, delivered a stirring address that not only paid tribute to the sacrifices of India’s freedom fighters but also emphasized the importance of building a healthier and more responsible society. In a powerful moment, he led the audience in a ‘Nasha Mukti Pledge,’ encouraging students and staff to commit themselves to a life free from substance abuse and to become ambassadors of positive change.
