General Rules for Students

These comprehensive guidelines are designed to maintain academic excellence and ensure a conducive learning environment for all students at Kamkus College of Law.

Admissions Process
  • Application Submission

    Applications for admission must be submitted in person. The duly completed application form, along with the fees, should be presented to the college office.

  • Provisional Admission

    Please note that, all admissions are provisional and subject to confirmation by the Principal and Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

Migration Certificate
  • Certificate Submission

    The Migration Certificate is not required to be submitted with the first-semester exam form. However, students are responsible for personally submitting this document to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

Student Dress Code
  • Professional Attire

    The college maintains a professional dress code for students. The prescribed attire is a white shirt and black trousers for men. Women may opt for a white shirt, black salwar, and black dupatta.

  • Mandatory Compliance

    This dress code is mandatory on all working days.

Attendance Requirements
  • 75% Minimum Attendance

    As per Bar Council of India regulations, a minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory for all students. Failure to meet this requirement will result in ineligibility to appear for university examinations.

Anti-Ragging Policy
  • Zero Tolerance Policy

    Kamkus College of Law maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging. Any student found guilty of participating in ragging activities will face disciplinary action, which may include criminal charges.

Prevention of Sexual Harassment
  • Safe Learning Environment

    The college is firmly committed to providing a safe and respectful learning environment. Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited.

  • Complaints Redressal

    Should any student experience harassment, they are encouraged to file a formal complaint with the college's Complaints Redressal Committee.

Documents to be Submitted

All applicants must provide the following documents during the admission process:

  • Secondary School Leaving Certificate and Marksheet (or equivalent)
  • Higher Secondary School Certificate and Marksheet (10+2)
  • Undergraduate Degree Marksheets (if applicable)
  • Law Degree Marksheets (if applicable)
  • Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) (if applicable)
  • Domicile Certificate for Uttar Pradesh (if applicable)
  • Migration Certificate (if transferring from another university/board)
  • Five Recent Passport-Sized Photographs
  • Government-issued photo Identification (e.g., Aadhar Card)
