Kamkus College of Law maintains a strict code of rules and regulations designed to create a disciplined, ethical, and productive learning environment. All students and faculty are expected to adhere to these guidelines to ensure the smooth functioning of the institution and uphold our educational standards.

General Rules for Students

Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in all classes and activities.

College identity cards must be worn at all times while on campus.

Use of mobile phones is restricted during class hours except for academic purposes with permission.

Students must dress in formal attire on specified days and occasions.

Punctuality is essential for all classes, events, and examinations.

Damage to college property will result in disciplinary action and recovery of damages.

Submission of assignments and projects must be completed by the stipulated deadlines.

Anti-Ragging Policy

Kamkus College of Law strictly prohibits ragging in any form within or outside the campus. Our anti-ragging committee actively monitors and ensures a ragging-free environment. Any student found engaging in ragging will face severe consequences as per UGC regulations and institutional policies.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Any form of ragging or harassment is treated with zero tolerance and will result in immediate suspension or expulsion, along with potential legal action as per the Supreme Court guidelines.

Sexual Harassment Prevention

In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, our college has established an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address any complaints of sexual harassment and create a safe environment for all students and staff.

The college is committed to providing a workplace free from sexual harassment and ensuring that all employees, students, and visitors are treated with dignity, respect, and equality, regardless of gender.

ICC Composition

Our committee includes senior faculty members, external experts, and student representatives to ensure fair and thorough investigation of all complaints. The committee is reconstituted regularly as per statutory requirements.

Complaint Procedure

Any person aggrieved by sexual harassment can submit a written complaint to the ICC within three months of the incident. The committee ensures timely and fair resolution of complaints.

Confidentiality

All complaints are handled with utmost confidentiality to protect the privacy and dignity of the individuals involved in the process. The identity of the complainant, respondent, and witnesses are kept confidential.

Awareness Initiatives

The college regularly conducts workshops, seminars, and awareness programs on gender sensitization and prevention of sexual harassment to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
